Red pill me on dermarolling

Alright so I wanna get one dermaroller for face and one for hair, what's a good length? I heard 0.5mm is good for face if used 1-2 times weekly, is that right?

What about the one for hair, I heard longer length is better but should be used less often, what do you recommend?

Also how often should I replace the dermaroller?

Should I use any products on the face/hair after using the dermaroller?

my hairline is slightly receded so I'll try dermarolling 1/2x week + nizoral 1x week + follicusan shampoo 1x week + procapil hair lotion (I haven't seen anyone here talk about follicusan or procapil so idk if they work but I'll try) + eating pumpkin seeds everyday and also I wanna do scalp massages a few times a week but I always forget. I use coconut oil sometimes too.
If things don't get better I'll hop on minox but for now I wanna try this regime.
Idk what length dermaroller to get tho and idk how exactly to use it, only on hairline?
