Red/pink undertone for italian olive-tanned skin (need help if you have the same problem)

I am born in italy, milan.
My mom is from norway and my dad is from south italy. he would look ethnic if only he didnt have green eyes.
Since my mom is so pale while my dad is so tanned Im stuck in between. and we live in sweden, so in winter I look dull/grey and even get called vampire by normies.
My friend recommended that I start lycopene + Vitamin D when it gets colder.
Does anyone know any non-cope supplements, diet plans or producs that can softmax pink/red undertone?
