Red Rash on Neck, Armpits, Stomach, Legs

I have this weird rash that popped up out of the blue a few months ago, I believe it to be fungal but I've gone to the doctor multiple times and every single cream they give me doesnt get rid of it. What do I do? It is a huge failo, the rash on my neck is obvious and I get laughed at for it, its nerfing me please give me some things to try.
