reddit comments are never funny

everytime i go on reddit and read through a threads comments, no one is ever funny.

yet the commenters get support or even upvotes from other members. wtf is up with that site, how could people like that even exist, they are the dorkiest people in this universe to ever exist i think. There is no other contender that can outperform their cringeness
