I live in an area where dentists and jaw surgeons are very good on average.

In some countries, like Switzerland, good jaw surgeons and good dentists are very difficult to find because in some cultures, the teeth aren't seen as important, even though we know that they are. French people are very much like the Swiss. As for the USA, it depends in which state you live in.

If I sent pictures of my rhino after 2 weeks, people would've said I got botched with a feminine nose. A year later my nose is big and masculine again.

He's 2 weeks post double jaw surgery. His philtrum also looks completely swollen. If this was 6 weeks post I would agree, but after 2 weeks you still have a high chance of being very swollen depending on your individual immune response. For example, the surgeon who did my rhino said I was one of the most swollen patients he'd seen, and when I got my hair transplant I was also extremely swollen. I have a very strong inflammatory response near my brow ridge whereas some people come in with close to no swelling at all.

He won't be forward grown once swelling goes down, but he'll have a typical orthognathic normie profile.

And Triaca, Brusco or Jacobsen are even cheaper than the average maxfac in the hospitals because they don't have as many expenses as hospitals.
