I think its because bimax is very invasive and also needs braces before + a long time of recovery. It scares normies (even me tbh). Also a bimax result is irreversible.

Sure, it's irreversible, but if you dedicate the time to study the movements needed to suit your face and enhance your looks, why would you want it reversed in the first place?

Meanwhile, this dude is gonna wait months for the swelling to subside, see his suboptimal results and probably get the implant removed, spend more money to get a new design/bigger size, and keep ignoring the larger problem. And the plastic surgeons will keep robbing him blind

Chin implant is probably placed too superiorly. Not even kidding. Most implant surgeons are garbo.

Right? Something about its positioning just seems so off.

I am sure he just trusted whatever his surgeon said was best for him and now has this results. Now he will have to wait months to let the swelling heal to see if he even likes what he sees. Implants can be good, but when people just randomly slap on anything into their faces, of course 95% of the time the results are gonna suck
