It doesnt do jack shit to undereye, i have seen like 100+ result of bimax and done bimax myself. And no it doesnt change udnerye at all unless you overadvance 10 mm high cut leforte 1. And even then its barrely any diff, what people might see is the swelling that gives some midface puffiness. If anything it can make the eye even more behind and thats why surgeons like to do infras at the same time. And also to people with severe sleep disorder they might help the eye a bit because you look less tired because you can sleep

I think you see ghost or something, because this girl was a sfs with good undereye before and after, i would say it looks worse after even tho it doesnt. Also this is like 3 weeks after surgery with a lot of swelling aswell.
