The entire way the app works filters out any normies and only let's in social rejects and autists. What I mean by this is karma barriers. Every major subreddit requires a certain amount of karma to post. Do you really think most normies are gonna try to make a post, fail and then spend a day grinding for karma? No, it's for people who have extra time on their hands and don't have a lot of friends. Normies will use apps like TikTok. At most they'll just scroll through reddit but only people who are terminally online have time to either make posts or get into discussions.
If you don't believe me just look into the comment history of someone you're arguing with. I've noticed a pattern on Reddit. Most women for example tend to be overweight, older with BPD, or black and rejected by some white guy they were into. Most men tend to be virgins or share obvious larps such as anything from r/tall about having foursomes.
