If you have straight hair, a buzzcut is just limiting your potential and appeal. You may look more intimidating to others, but you will be less attractive to women than if you had grown-out hair. It's just a really boring haircut and generally you need a really good face to be attractive despite having a buzzcut.

The only reason to buzz is maybe if you are balding past a certain point, or if you just want to go full-on ogremaxxing like Dominic Purcell.

I got a buzzcut once in junior high and a girl remarked once a few months after when my hair had grown back out ("oh his hair grew back!"), so yeah women definitely like grown out hair.
