Yeah it’s because as soon as an above average mildly attractive person posts everyone there goes nuts because the majority of girls are blue hairs half bald ltns and all the guys there are chin receding sub5 and both have no contact with the opposite sex so they regard that person as a stupid number and they dint use the PSL rating system they use normie system

im 16 and its good lighting in the photo with a pump but idk i just worked out consistently for like 8 months. take a accessory day to soley train traps, forearms, rear delts and any other muscle group that can lack behind in a normal routine.
