“If you have stumbled on these three “surgeons”, congratulations! You’ve just been a victim of marketing!!

These three so called “doctors” have preyed on the insecurities young boys and girls and given them promises of “ascending” to a higher tier in terms of looks. But before you go for jaw surgery with any of them, take a very very very close look and thoroughly research them. Talk to their past patients. These are serious botchers marked by arrogance, incompetence, and falsification of results.

Ramieri: seemingly nice on the surface. Acts like he is a kind person. But he is very manipulative and his nice facade disappears at the moment you question him that something doesn’t feel right after surgery. He may be a good person, idk, but he is NOT a talented surgeon. He had VERY insufficient sense of aesthetics and harmony and as a doctor, he just isn’t the smartest. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to trust their face with him. Some of his results have very off midlines. And he also started adding titanium implants on the jaw along with jaw surgery, which is a dead giveaway of his medical incompetence because having that big metal piece (instead of peek) is a recipe for bone fracture later on. Definitely avoid him!

Pagnoni: a real psychopath in the disguise of a doctor. Seems benign but is sinister because he is willing to do any operation on you, and give you big promises. BUT he cannot execute. His results are poor and he treats patients like money making machines. Many botches. Too many to count.

Raffaini: the WORST of the bunch. Narcissistic. Arrogant. Entitled. And grossly incompetent! Warped sense of self. Abusive demeanor towards patients and his own staff. But worst of all, his results are cherry picked, and allegedly photoshopped. He has botched multiple people and yet somehow managed to fuel a marketing machinery where people still think he is some kind of excellent surgeon. He simply isn’t! And his communication style makes him a huge red flag. Avoid like the plague!

If anyone tells you otherwise, chances are they are paid PR or their own staff writing positive reviews lol.

Meme surgeons are good for actually having your case taken somewhat seriously + getting rarer procedures not offered elsewhere done

But simultaneously yes they are Farming Us for Paychecks TM and aren’t perfect

i consulted with raff and he was clearly technically very good. i've consulted a number of other surgeons and imo his clinical report was the best for my case. idk about as a surgeon, but he'll be better than your average surgeon who's imo way more likely to botch or give you a mid result. the guy is also an academic, prof at 2 diff unis. just don't expect to become a chad or go for a crazy result.

Reddits not amazing to source surgeons. Commonest like "he has botched multiple people" just show ignorance. Every surgeon in the world that has practice for years has multiple botches under their belt. It doesn't matter how good they are. Their is simply a surgical failure rate and that's that.

Generally the whole industry isn't the best about it. They will never admit anything is surgically wrong(to someone they personally operated on anyways), but some are more willing to do a major revision then others. Generally small touchups are a bit easier to get.

One of the issues with botching though is you can't always fix it or maybe you can fix it but itll never be as good as just not having fucked it up. Like if a bullhorn lip lift is over resected. It's over bro, nothings gonna be done but letting you age.

they seem a emotional and don't mention their jaw implant which adds complications to the surgery. also heard there was a tranny that complained about raff a while ago, not sure if this is the same person
