How can you tell?I don't think upper jaw advancement was enough
A surgeon proposed similar movements for mestop posting progress pics of females on this site, they're irrelevant to us
her actual result around the upper lip doesnt look as good as the morph. upper jaw still needs another 2mm or so of forward movement to look feminine imo. her current result looks suitable for a male. How can you tell?
She just looks flat now. She has a crooked nose, upper maxillary advancement is supposed to correct that at least a little bit because after advancement maxilla is supposed to support the bottom of the nose better. She got no changes about that, not even a little bit(or its just an exteremely small change, I can't even see it, whats the point of getting surgery if you won't get visible improvement of your looks, I don't care about x-rays. People don't judge each others looks by looking at x-rays either...). That is why I think this much upper jaw advancement was not enough for her. She still looks better now but thats mostly because of lower jaw advancement, It gave her side profile more harmonyHow can you tell?
Maxilla = LifeYes but she also needs midface implants and rhino. Jaw is not everything on women
