I was so, due to religion rules (Buddhist) I adhered.

And oh my God, was I having little or no allignement with the common Vegan people.
they were very leftist, and hippy like and so on.
In the Buddhist community, you also had alot of those type of people.

* man = bad

I actually support veganism as a concept, or at least part veganism, I just don't do it because I live in a country with limited options, and it's impossible to meet cutting or bulking macros, let alone the micros u need to get enough testosterone on a vegan diet.

I do believe 95% of the guys and girls in the world should be vegan, as they aren't doing the other things they need in order to actually benefit from meat, IMO, and moreso in Asia, most men I see, even zoomers, are weak, spoiled, mollycoddled soyboy cucks, and should just give up the 80g of processed meat they eat everyday as it ain't helping.
