The speed of it's transactions is solely based on the amount of miners there are, but as the amount of mined bitcoins nears to 21 million, the mining will become increasingly less and less profitable. This means that the speed of transactions will also crash, and therefore if a coin is so crappy to use, that you need to wait a day or hours to make a purchase, nobody will use it. This will cause the absolute and unredeemable crash of bitcoin, and as bitcoin is the poster boy of all cryptos, all other cryptos will crash too, as the regular people will cut their losses. I doubt the bitcoin will ever reach 50k again, whales are cashing out and will continue to do so in near future.

I just read it. I think it's fake. Not enough Government Jargon, too emotional, not from governments perspective enough, doesn't talk about important details of how it would do things like controlling education and other things controlled by congress, is generally "antigovernmental" in how it's written as if the government is some super villian. The government is evil, don't get me wrong, but their internal documents don't read like that, they think they're the good guys. It's also missing framework specific, to the specific agency it supposable came from. I think more likely it was written by an incel who wanted to promote a conspiracy on the early internet, and had some background in electrical engineering, which is why it's from that perspective.

It's also doubtful that it would be aloud to be sold on Amazon if it were actually Top Secret. We've literally arrested foreign citizens for posting top secret documents on servers outside the U.S.

But it's certainly interesting. The idea of creating models to manipulate people. All big industries do this. Political Ai systems like Cambridge analytical are an example.
