"Bluepilled Maxfac" is cope. You have to communicate well with one. And they need to have an eye for aesthetics. It doesn't have to be PSL surgeons you can get the same thing from a local surgeon if you explain what you want without being autistic. I mean they're both qualified surgeons they have the same abillity right ?
