correct me if Im wrong but I don't belive there is any compound that can make hair grow faster.

They can make it grow denser by waking up dormant follicles but not necessarily grow faster.

I feel like faster hair growth may be achieved by a proper diet, sleep, and vitamins/minerals. I doubt topicals do anything
