Redistribution of the superficial malar fat pads

Since this detail matters, I'm 17 years and 7 months old. I'll be 18 soon.

At what age do malar fat pads begin to redistribute? I used to be ~14-15% bf, had hollow cheeks, barely ate, and tried everything to debloat, yet malar fat was still prominent. It makes me look weird. It's unfortunate that I can't inject aqualyx/kybella into this area since I kind of don't want to paralyze my face lol.

FYI my testosterone levels are high and my E2 is normal.

Could there be something unrelated to age causing this? Was I not lean enough to atrophy that area? Did I just get unlucky when it comes to fat distribution?

you weren't lean enough, get to a true 10% bodyfat and you'll see change.
