Yeah it's a really good therapy. I use both red light therapy with a LED light therapy mask and microneedling.

Basically Blue and Red light for 15 minutes each back to back, using the mask, every day and then microneedling once every 4 weeks. Hard microneedling.

I am a metrosexual now bruv.

Just do it 2-3x/week for 10-15min, it won't make a massive difference for your skin(at least for me) compared to other things(diet,water,skincare,exercise,..) but still better than not doing it tbh

I mean ig it worked but I've since gotten a better skincare routine and that's been the real ultimate looksmax for my skin. I might buy another light, might not idk
