Ideally I would like to order a red lamp from Amazon.de or .co.uk

Is there any good lamps with the right nm you reccomend or have tried?

i would go for vit C serum too and eye cream if you want to ascend hard.
and btw beta carotene and ashtaxin and you'r set with moisturizer and cleaner and sunscreen.

Have those other things except for vit C
But isn't this bad to use with Retin A?

it's bad if it has retinol in it only. but vit c and retin A do different things and aren't bad to cumulate if your skin can tolerate it, it's the opposite.

660nm is the normal red light, 850nm is infraredlight and it’s the frequency that penetrate deeper in to the skin and have more effect on the collegen. This lamp has both frequency
