Redness on eyelids please help

I’ve noticed persistent redness on my upper and lower eyelids. Sometimes people say I look like I’ve been smoking weed. I think it’s only partly related to allergies, since eye drops hardly make a difference

What can I do about it?? Also how can I improve my eye area in general?

idk but your eye area doesnt look bad only you have eyebags
