Redness surrounding nose fix?

I have red spots around the corners of my nose that don't seem to go away, how can I fix this? I'm on 0.025% tret if that counts for anything and also on 10% azelaic acid (switching to 20% soon), which in theory should help reduce redness although I haven't seen any major changes. Any advice appreciated

just make the rest of ur nose red that shit looks better than normal
