Redness under eyes ( SERIOUS QUESTION NO TROLL )

I been using ice everyday for 2 weeks (in the morning after I wake up) and vaseline under eyes (before I go to sleep) for a month for my eyebags, I lowkey see some progress it got better but now There’s some redness under my eyes ( More under the left eye ) that don’t look good is that normal ?

So I just gotta stop using ice to stop the redness
