Some redpill concepts are good and some aren't, but saying that red pill is just "improve for muh lady" is missing the point entirely.

My problem with the redpill personally is that it thinks the best solution is just to believe that blackpill concepts like lookism or heightism don't exist or that they are not significant. I also think it's really damaging when both bluepillers and redpillers say "Oh I see sooo many ugly dudes with beautiful women all the time" and redpillers are unintentionally buying into the feminist narrative that men are the shallow ones that only care about looks and that women are the ones that can look past that and judge a man for his character alone.

The fact is that there is a lot that is out of your control when it comes to dating like your looks (genetic components of it), age, ethnicity, height, location etc. and every year after your early 20s or so without any relationship experience becomes more and more concerning. But crying about it wont get you closer to your goal. All you can do about is just accept the harsh truth and just push forward and self improve anyway. 1% better everyday, that's all you can do.
