I’ve always ignored the skin aspect of looksmaxxing and how important it is, but now I’m focusing on it and I’ve heard a lot about beta carotene but idrk about if its a looksmax/min

The human body converts beta carotene into vitamin A (retinol) - beta carotene is a precursor of vitamin A. We need vitamin A for healthy skin and mucus membranes, our immune system, and good eye health and vision. Vitamin A can be sourced from the food we eat, through beta carotene, for example, or in supplement form.

Reddens skin as far as I know, not worth unless you're pale as milk and need red undertones or are whitemaxxing with hydro/gluto/msm/asthaxanthin/kojic/likas(papaya soap)

For having more healthy skin, getting tons of vitamin C is a serious godsend

Removed my acne and made my skin more vibrant, also lightened it by .3 a shade

It has actually worked well for me so far in providing me with a better coloring. I am normally insanely pale white and used to get bullied for it as a kid. It doesn't look overly orange at all, just a nice glow. And it is not cope.

I eat about 250g of spinach and 5 carrots per day for like 3 weeks and my skin is better than anyone i meet, everyone are so pale compared to me

It will give your skin a slight orange tinge depending on how long and how many you eat. Depending, on your natural skin color it can look more aesthetic than a tan.
