Defs not, Cigarettes contain carbon monoxide which bind to RBC's (redblood cells) decreases oxygens ability to bind, and decreases nitric oxide levels (a must for blood vessels one of the biggest markers that decreases with age and bad health) it transports nutrients etc to organs and skin which is why low levels causes low nutrient supply to skin and ultimately collagen death. Good news is carbon monoxide is very easily diminished and filtrated out of the blood when smokers quit. 6 months is a short time if you quit ASAP the damage will restore there are studies out on it with even long term chain smokers having almost all their negative sides go away (albeit a few are permanent but thats chain smoking). If it is of any relevance I am a biomedical student not that it makes me educated enough to talk about this issue in depth but I do have a decent knowledge of human physiology and has been a passion.

3-5 a day isn't THAT bad if you're young and healthy but doing it long enough can have some serious risks, particularly if you're at risk for certain cancers (lung in particular is worrisome). Also, you run into the trouble of developing a tolerance and smoking more and more. I'm a smoker myself and luckily I've at least never went up in dose. I've been at 1 cig or two a day for about 2 years now, tho I don't smoke everyday. I should probably stop tho.
it definitely is a looksmin catalyst. It can yellow your teeth, cause your skin to age faster, etc. But I also see plenty of celebrities who are smokers and look really good. Dicaprio, michael fassbender, robert pattinson, and Cheryl cole just to name a few, are all known smokers.

I wish I could say for sure but there simply isn't much research out on vaping (just dont use blackmarket oil cartridges) but for sure it does not include near as many carcinogens as cigarettes and does not include carbon monoxide as long as I am aware. It is a good way to taper off cigarettes but should never be a permanent replacement.
I would recommend pick up some form of cardio such as running or biking as a form of exercise to restore your oxygen uptake and nitric oxide levels (proven) and also to give you awareness of the state of your lung capacity, smoking doesn't seem like much when your not doing anything that is cardiovascular taxing but once you are you become quickly conscious of its effects.

What's worse drink binging or smoking cigs?
Smoking cigs imo.

Unless you have pre-existing liver problems binging as a young guy shouldn’t come with any long term sides if you do it once in a while
