Removing it won't effect your appearance.
If it is growing in a bad direction, for example to the side instead of up or down, it is recommended to remove it. Take care, many dentist want to remove normal wisdom teeth just so they can get money for it.

I had all 4 removed in my early 20s and it didn't do anything it appears but not sure if others post puberty have been affected.

Mine grew in perfectly so I ain’t removing them. But i’ve talked with people who got theirs removed even if they grew in pretty well and didn’t hurt??
