Cortisol (Stress Hormone) - Why is It Bad?

  • It kills you and ages you prematurely
  • It is the number one killer of facial symmetry
  • Kills your metabolism or some shit
  • It will ruin your skin, indicators of youthfulness, the good fat pads, and even hamper your early bone development.
  • It can even cause your eye colour to darken further (Look into the effects of inflammation on pigmentation [yup])
  • Causes Hair Loss

You know what you'll look like leading a life without Cortisol? Literally like any privelidged rich white man:

PART 1 - Mentally Blocking Cortisol

The easiest way to avoid cortisol-inducing situations and bodily perceptions is to rewrite the mechinations of your very mind. I will defer to the teachings of the Primal Anti-Cortisol Sage, the Buddha. He taught that mental focuses on sensual cravings is what throws us into a deathloop of suffering and afflictions. Makes sense, right? For instance:

  1. You are average height and ugly faced (Baseline reality of the Male).
  2. You perceive a good looking male being sexually courted by other sexually alluring females.
  3. Their mating practices sexually entice and excite you.
  4. You desire this sexual gratification now.
  5. Your Ugly existence deters all alluring females, and your desires are never fulled - not even a modicum to that avail.
  6. You suffer greatly because you will never have what other men were simply born into possession of:

Well, here is the solution to fighting against these mental fermentations that give rise to desires that will afflict upon us untold suffering:


Paṭik(k)ūlamanasikāra: The chief method of overcoming objects of desire is to meditate on their repulsiveness/unattractiveness/opposites

For example: To fight the desire of eating pizza, we must focus on its repulsiveness: We will feel like shit and groggy afterwards, only a few minutes of tasting good vs. feeling guilt for long time, we will get fat, the pizza will inhibit our facial leanness, etc.




Now We Must Meditate On the Repulsiveness of Being a Good Looking Male, and Reinforce our virtues in being who we are so as to fight against mental afflictions and impending Cortisol!:
  • Being GL means you will have to deal with unending female attention:
    • High school Stacy will have crush on you.
    • Unsolicited offers for sex.
    • At parties, girls will grind on you and blow you.
    • At clubs, you'll be the first one to leave (because two girls are taking you home :rolleyes:)
    • Basically your life will look like this:


Just look at the repulsiveness of that!



Now let's meditate on the benefits and merits of being Ourselves:
  • People don't bother us
  • Women don't consume our valuable time and do not bother us with endless attempts at interaction
  • You can actually enjoy your drink at the bar in peace and solitude
  • When you eventually meet a girl who marries you, you can rest assured that she's not with you based on primal lusts or other corrupt drivers!

exactly being high cortisol nuked my skin made me fat and gave me adhd in my teens but not a single hair follice was shed . dalit hair genetics lol . for some it may be hairfall but perfect skin for some bad eyebrows but great hair etc its diff for everyone , just like hypothyroid syptoms are diff for everyone. Minning cortisol estrogen prolactin and serotonin and increasing dopamine (without exitotoxcity) , thyroid , testosterone , progesterone and calcium will make u mogger

I think he looks like shit but whatever, I've pretty much never seen a chad, to be chad you'd have to be like o'pry and tom cruise but not a manlet like they are.

Avoid stress, drugs (mdma raise cortisol for 3 MONTHS), don't do hypertension, take ashwagandha
Try to always be happy
