Tbh I’m not sure.. if I start to get alcohol bloat at the club it’s usually after several hours of drinking pretty heavily.. and at that point I just don’t care, I’m at the level where dropping my pants and pissing on the dance floor seems socially acceptable, so bloat is not really occupying my brain at that point
