I’ve heard anavar fucks up your lipids, but interested in alleviating all side effects.

Yeah it does, but the effect is only temporary anyways. You could Cardarine along with it to keep lipids low but that wouldn’t make much sense tbh. Cardio helps too with lipids

Thanks for the help - Will definitely include cardio in my next cycle. Do you recommend any PCT ?
