So i stopped going gym 6 days a week and decided to go 3 days a week and it drastically improved my skin actually i have hyperhydrosis so i sweat too much and get dehydrated so my skin looks terrible now that i have limited the gym it looks good nasolabial folds have gone forehead wrinkles are gone , also stay hydrated its not that ur skin has aged but u are dehydrated making ur skin look worse
