Been using Aklief for over 4 months and my skin still looks like shit

Does anyone have experience with Aklief, ive been using it everyday for 4 months now. My skin has cleared up and it looks great in soft/dark lighting but when its sunny outside or when i look in the mirror i am genuinely disgusted with how bad my skin texture is, it looks dry and sticky/glossy at the same time. Ive tried using different moisturizer, different sunscreen, face wash, etc but my skin still looks and feels like dry sticky sand paper. Does anyone here use Aklief or something similar and has had this problem before, if so can you tell me how you fixed it.

When do you put it on only problem I get is it makes my face burn very easily even with sunscreen
