Reducing insulin resistance and using AI while running mk677

I plan to take mk677 soon for heightmaxxing. I just need advice on some cheap supplements that I can get on Amazon to take to reduce insulin resistance and act as an AI.

For insulin, I plan to take 1000mcg of Chromium Picolinate.

For an Aromatase Inhibitor, what are some supplements I can get on Amazon? I've heard of taking Chrysin, DIM, and Stinging Needle Extracts and taking Quercetin but I wanted to know if there are cheaper alternatives or if I can get just take one of them

I do plan to eventually get 10g of Aromasin from Qingdao (not taking all 10g of Aromasin obviously)

mk 677 alone should not have anywhere near the effects to actually build up insulin tolerance

even when running ipam + mod grf, no precautions are usually taken

even when the insulin resistance reaches diabetes levels, it's not permanent, and goes away when use is discontinued, also, this combo is usually cycled, 6 weeks on, 4 off (or so, I don't remember exactly)

but if you have diabetes in you family, or are yourself pre-diabetic, usage would be discouraged

No, I've never fucked with AI, it's too risky, requires good dosage or you'll crash your estrogen easily
My plates are long closed
I suppose you could titrate up? based on sides...

start with a very small dosage (way smaller than the one you intend to end up with) and slowly increase based on how your body responds to it
