Do u think I can get to htn if I get commisuroplasty + lip lift , jaw implants and change the hair ?

You don’t need a commisuroplasty, there’s surely a procedure for ER lips, ask a surgeon. Ramus widening is probably the safest option for gonions, you should get it as a part of a bimax if you’re at all recessed

Also I don't see any lip procedures ascending him. Gonion implants maybe but they end up looking uncanny

Maybe try to get long hairs to fraud a wider skull, your ipd would not be a problem with a wider lower third in my opinion

Brutal you’re saying that like surgeons hand out bimaxes like candy

I mean this guy might not need bimax at all. But if you're objectively recessed it's common for surgeons to do bimax these days even without functional issues, the government is even covering mine despite being entirely cosmetic in motivation. It really isn't hard to get if you want it and are willing to go through the pain of it all

My chin in recessed my surgeon said my maxilla was in an appropriate spot and he suggested a genio+gonion implants or a full custom jaw wraparound. I guess it depends but in most cases in the USA insurance isn’t going to cover it. If your maxilla isn’t recessed it’s just going to fuck up your bite. There’s more that goes into it ie. How thin your gums are and your general dental anatomy. Even if you do get approved getting it covered by insurance isn’t strenuous and it’s 40000+a hospital visit which is 20000+. I don’t know let me know your experience and where you live

Also my surgeon has 2 degrees does trauma patients, sleep apnea etc so it’s not like he doesn’t know what he’s talking about some like that open to doing an aesthetic procedure can probably be trusted
