Reducing shampoo ascended my hair

I used to wash my hair every day with shampoo and I always looked horrible in the morning (I have slightly wavy hair), I've now reduced it to 1 day shampoo every 2 days and it improved my hair drastically.

For you incels and chronically online people reducing shampoo doesn't mean you don't shower every day

I literally stopped using shampoo completely and my hair has never looked better
