Reducing width of temples & zygos?

Does anyone know how to reduce width of temples & zygos? My eyes look too close set, even though my IPD is 67mm which is ideal, if anything slightly wideset, but my temples & zygos are so wide that my ESR is only 0.43. Is there any way to make my temples & zygos less wide? Bone shaving?I've read canthoplasty and such can increase PFL which may help me, otherwise I'm thinking just fraud with a hairstyle that covers the sides of face to make it look less wide compared to my eyes? Thnku
