Reduction of alar cartilage

I've heard that the best way to reduce the size of the alar cartilage it too get a rhinoplasty. However I would like to know if there are any methods beside that as I'm not old enough to be able to get one. I'm not desperate as I have bigger problems however it would be a good improvement.

Because I don't want the base of my nose and nostrils reduced as they are fine, the tip of my nose is large especially since my nose and alar base is a good size it make the nose tip seem even larger
