how much times in a week should i do it because i only do it on shoulder days but ive seen some people that do it 4 days a week

Just quit the gym if ur a teen :lul:
i had to because i was in the hospital and now that i havent done any excersise in a while im planing on quitting it because i want to reach 190 cm

Maybe just quit gym (buy dumbbells and u use them when u need) and start doing any other type of sport

yeah thats what im trying to do which sports do you recommend im trying to look for something that makes me sprint a lot

Just play competition ball games(football/basketball ..)
