Refeed days are key to quickly losing fat without losing muscle

Eat at an aggressive deficit for 5 days then eat at maintenance for 2 days, repeat process

You will lose fat much quicker than muh 500 calorie deficit while also retaining muscle

Can change maintenance to slight surplus if you are starting to get really lean
 
 
Eating animal products until satiety without tracking anything works better
