Refeeding Edema

I anorexia-maxxed for my hollow cheeks and am now suffering the consequences. Refeeding edema is brutal. Don't go below 7% body fat. Having glute striations was disgusting anyway. Now I have to wait a few months to get back to a normal water retention level
