Regarding losing stubborn face fat

Want this as short as possible to not waste time your time.

You go to the gym and lose all the subcutaneous fat you've been holding but still have deep set fat pads that just won't go away no matter what.
Here's a reference image;

The man's clearly lean yet still seems fat facially

Question I have is, are their any threads you can point me to for solutions and do you have any insightful theories youve came up with.

Well sure. But none of that will fix stubborn face fat in the medial and nasiolabel region of the face.

This is the closest thing I have to a somewhat side profile of his face. I dont think hes severely recessed. Just think his face holds a bunch of stubborn baby fat or something.

if he has a narrow palate, that may explain why his face looks fat.
