Please re-evaluate the moderation actions against the "REPSTEIN” files from this case between @serg and users mentioned in @LTG 's thread regarding the rep farm

From data publicly available, it looks like pretty consistently repeated patterns of interaction across different accounts. But so far only one user (which is @serg ) is reported to have been banned, while others supposedly involved seem undeterred. This creates a serious concern regarding consistency and fairness in rule enforcement.
I demand the return of @serg ASAP, to avoid further escalation
