What would you have done different when you first started out? I'm kinda lost as a gymax newbie, needa maximise the gains

you cant really maximize newbie gains somehow its a myth
you gain muscle fast as a newbie since it recovers easier due to less load

I've focused most my time into looksmaxing my face which im happy with
Idk shit about bodymaxxing rn
 
1. Don't dirty bulk your body has a maximum amount of muscle it can build for any given stimulus overloading it will only be stored as fat.
2. Don't avoid accessory movements and neglect arms, traps etc hoping itll just grow with the rest of the movements.
3. Don't neglect core.

bro it takes 3 days before my muscles aren't sore JFL
gym is killing me

my brother advocated dirty bulking because its faster at building muscle and then he says just cut

Nutrition Is key,i went gym 2 years and in the last 6 months with good nutrition i gained More muscle than ever,eat clean and more if u are too skinny

Idk eat cereals,oat,milk,cheese,lot of vegetables,2+ fruits a day,drink just water,and check your weight once x week,make sure to eat all foods,dont fucking skip breakfast if u need to gain weight,and read nutritional info of what u going to eat,avoid processed foods with 50000000g of sugar and shit like that and u should do 2/3 x week fullbody workout at least for a couple months since u are a beginner,dont forget to traing muscles like posterior delt,abs,traps,etc..
I dont want to write more cuz im bored,but just watch athlean x vids

Did you notice your core looking better as you gained it? Even though you may of not lost bodyfat

dude when ur core develops u literally get more dimorphic

core development is one of the main differences between a skinny fat teenage body and a more mature, developed physique
