Do you know any companies that offer a regular blood analysis service to track bio markers like hormones, nutrients present in the blood ?
I mean most of what we do here are auto diagnostics and it can take time to see external results.
Testing blood regularly can be a way to see on a short term scale if the protocols we implement are working correctly or if we are wasting time and money or even fucking our body up.
I'm in Europe btw
