I think he overplays the importance of looks in corporate hierarchy and success . He is spot on with nepotism and that IQ is overrated though .

Yeh no.1 is nepotism of course . Then like-ability (extroversion) , which is not always looks based at all . I think those 2 are the biggest factors by far followed by IQ and consciousness.
I think the studies I’ve read on success in corporate state extroversion , consciousness and resilience as the big 3.
