Rehab has helped my life so much, as much as I dunk on him sometimes for being overly nihlistic, he got me to confront my parents about me being subhuman and acnecel, having a shit diet and enabling me to have a high asf bf % with 0 muscle, convinced them to allow to get me filler and shit.
Rehabs comkments r full of absolute fucking losers though I hate his fanbase, some retards refuse to shower etc. whatever.
I dont think most people understand the point of his videos, his point was never to LDAR, but leverage the cards u have being born in this time period, economically, socially, and seeing social hierachy for the brutal way that it is. If that entails LDARing, yes.
Looks and the outside are quite literally 90% of the game of social hierachy unless there is a severe flaw in you mentally. I've never been more happy, having applied his advice, hes the one who really motivated me to go all in. All love to rehab room man.
