Rehabilitation facilities, and psych wards are designed poorly and fail nearly every time in practice.

I myself have gone through the psych ward system multiple times throughout my life. although being 14 at the moment ive had 4 attempts at taking my life, mostly through drug overdose.



The first time i went to the psych ward, i instantly noticed that the patients clearly had the power in the

ward, as none of us had anything to lose and wanted to rope anyways.



And so ive been thinking about it and qll these facilities in the USA are designed to fail, because if someone is at that low of a point where they try killing themselves, theowing them in anywhere wont help as they have no more to lose.



Next, i would like to move on to rehab in the USA specifically, ive been to rehab in the usa twice, and rehab in russia twice as well. And i have to say once again from my observations the USA is set up in a poor way once again, being that they dont actually care for you, nor do they have the goal of keeping you sober, rather tou coming back and paying them more money.



Way less discipline, regime, and structure to rehabilitation programs in the usa in comparison to russia.



However these are just my observations and you guys are open to give your experience or opinions.
