When I was tripping on mushrooms last week and the week before. I got visited both by a devil and an angel and had extremely intense reflections of the life I have lived so far.

Both the angel and devil concluded that I have lived an awful life with extremely negative karma. But not because I have treated others badly, didn't give love to others, help anyone, made others suffers.

It was because I torment myself, because I have given myself so little love, because I make myself suffer every single day.

Not being selfish enough, not caring enough about yourself, not making others suffer in some way to give yourself a good life, is the worst karma.
