Rejected from a teaching position

I've lost count of the amount of times I've been rejected by multiple jobs after already doing a few rounds of interviews. I was looking forward to this position in particular because no teaching experience is required and the pay was 65k. Also, this charter school in particular has terrible reviews so the bar to entry is so low, I thought applying here was a guaranteed job. I'm not getting any younger and I got surgeries (HT and LL) to pay for. I'm in desperate need of a job (60k+) so that I can ascend by 30
