Should i go to a shithole country like phillipines to study and hope to become a worldwide famous plastic surgeon there?

Or should i just chose a normal degree like engineering or business in my home country which offers free university?

In my country you need 97% highschool grades. I only have like 70%. Its hopeless, even in neighbouring countries. Only option is shithole countries but even that sounds relatively good cause the demand for leforts won't go anywhere, especially in the recessed phillipines

Aren't there some eastern European unis where you'll get in relatively easy as long as you have the financial means for it?

Also oftentimes there are tests you can take to boost your chances of getting in. Idk how it is where you live... But most of the time they're glorified IQ tests with a stem component (mainly chemistry, physics, biology)
