If you reject a somewhat average to attractive girl, she will hate you and call you arrogant, gay, a pussy etc. This is because girl’s egos are so big that they think they can pull way higher than their looks level. So if they are rejected, then as a way to cope, they tell themselves that theres something wrong with the guy that rejected them, instead of something being wrong with themselves. Girls are much bigger copers than guys, but are just put into less situations where they need to cope.
